Fee Guidelines

General Instructions on Payment of School Fees

1. The School has tied up with the folllowing banks for remittance of fee :

   (a) Central Bank of India, Gandhigram Branch for NSB Students

   (b) Central Bank of India, Sri Vijaya Nagar Colony for 104 Students

2. Online fee Payment is also available.
3. Fee payment booklets shall be issued to all students at the time of admission/through class teacher.
4. Tuition fee for Ex- Servicemen (Officers/Sailors) will be as per the rank held at the time of retirement.
5. The tuition fee will be collected quarterly as per the schedule given in table from 01st to 25th of the fee month (i.e, Apr, Jul, Oct and Jan) between 11:00 am to 02:00 pm except holidays. After the due date bank would accept the fee till the month end with late fee of Rs. 200/-. An additional Rs. 250/- per month from the next month onward and additional Rs. 150/- as re-admission fee. No cash payments are accepted in school counter or at bank. Parents have the options to deposit fees for the whole year in advance. Payment of fee can also be done online using parent portal website/ App “Campus care”.
6. Cheques must be drawn in favour of “NAVY CHILDREN SCHOOL, NSB” for students studying at NSB and “NAVY CHILDREN SCHOOL, SVN Colony” for students studying at 104 Area. The Name of the Student, Class/Section, Admission Number and telephone number should be written on the reverse side of the cheque. In case of cheque being dishonoured for any reason, the fee will be treated as ‘non-paid’. Such cases will be liable for disciplinary/legal action and a penalty (Same as Sl. No. 5) will be levied.

• No part payment to be made at bank
• A fine of Rs. 100/- wil be charged towards payment of wrong Category
